Abstract: This talk presents recent advances in the stability analysis of memory-dependent switched and multi-agent systems described by fractional-order models. The considered dynamics are governed by the Caputo derivative with respect to another function and by linear fractional difference equations, enabling the modeling of memory effects that are absent in classical integer-order systems. We first establish necessary and sufficient conditions for the positivity of fractional linear systems and derive a sufficient condition for the asymptotic stability of positive linear fractional switched systems under arbitrary switching. We then introduce a practical stability framework for switched fractional difference systems with fixed memory, employing the concepts of average dwell time and chatter bound to characterize admissible switching signals and guarantee global exponential stability. Finally, these theoretical results are applied to investigate the asymptotic stability of memory-dependent multi-agent systems operating under Denial-of-Service attacks. The proposed framework extends existing stability analysis techniques for fractional switched systems and provides new tools for the analysis and design of resilient networked control systems. Numerical simulations and comparative studies demonstrate the effectiveness and practical relevance of the proposed methods. The presentation is based on the results reported in [1, 2]
